Questions on loss, grief and rituals

Grief is a natural response to loss. It’s the emotional pain you feel when something or someone you love is taken away. Often, the pain of loss can feel overwhelming. You may associate grieving with the death of a loved onr, but any loss can cause grief. Coping with the loss of someone or something you love is one of life’s biggest challenges. Grieving is a highly individual experience; there’s no right or wrong way to grieve. Inevitably, the grieving process takes time.

100 Sets of Cards are sent - around the world - to colleagues and friends to capture a colourful image on grief, bereavement and rituals.
With this questions I would like to research different responses to grief. As a performing artist I am interested in narratives and performative strategies on stage and in common life situation. Can we pratice grief and the process of saying goodbye by patiently allowing this process to unfold naturally, mindfully and courageously?
